Hey guys hoping you can help me establish a framework for solid pre flop play before i move on to post flop. I know the answer is it depends on opponent, but I want to learn some balanced concepts so I can recognize leaks of my opponents faster. What frequency is optimal vrs a 3x open for 3 betting.

Here is my current range

default 3 bet range 20.6% 266 combos TT+, A2s+, K5s+, Q8s+, J7s+, T7s+, 97s+, 86s+, 75s+, 64s+, 53s+, AJo+, KJo+, QJo

3 bet to 5 bet get in pre is 94 combos TT+, AJs+, AJo+, KQs. KQo

I don't really have a 5 bet folding range and don't feel it is necessary at 100bb stacks and I realize there are tons of bluffs in that range, but I feel I don't get 4 bet a lot and when called I want to be able to play a variety of board textures.

Any help is greatly appreciated- Looking to make HU nl my main game.
