How would you play the river vs his range?

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $4.74
SB: $8.46 (Hero)
BB: $5.14
UTG: $18.55
MP: $2.41
CO: $8.41
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is SB with K A
UTG raises to $0.15, MP calls $0.15, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.73, BB folds, UTG calls $0.58, MP calls $0.58
Flop ($2.24) 5 T 9
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.85, MP folds, Hero calls $0.85
Turn ($3.94) 5 T 9 9
Hero checks, UTG bets $1.45, Hero calls $1.45
River ($6.84) 5 T 9 9 J
Hero bets $5.43 and is all in, UTG folds
Final Pot SB wins $6.56
Rake is $0.28

Squeezing PF seems ok.

I don't want to lead flop MW, but I'm check/Calling a lot with my range. When he bets, I think his range is (55, 99+, 9Xs, TXs, QJs,78s,JTs+,A5s...)

On the turn, I think check/Calling is the best thing to do. All his draw missed and if I bet here, giving the Pot and my stack, do I have to call a shove/raise from him giving the odds?

On the river, didn't know what to do. Does shoving here only get called by boat? Does 2 Pairs and set call?, and if I check, do I call a bet or only boat bet here?

I like the lead OTR...But I guess i would size down a bit. You rarely bluff with this line and i guess we are looking for a crying call from some 9X and straight.
By leading much smaller we could also induce a thin raise for value or a bluff. If he has you beat, there is nothing you can do about it imo....nh
