You should ask yourself what villains range is when he 3b and cbet, what your range is for raising. You got both much stronger hands and weaker ones (hands that are not good enought o call but got blockers/eq) so it's quite weird why you would want to raise this unless you want to raise/fold like your entire range which is bad ofc. And why you would want to raise this. Once you do I think it's quite clear that it doesn't makes much sense to raise.
