How to use HM stats?

I'm an intermediate HM user, but still don't know some basic things like - not only what does certain stats mean - but what percentages are we looking for in these stats? The basic ones are Aggression, went to showdown and everything about showdown, and 4bet ranges. I'm actually more a PLO player but posted in the NLHE because there is more activity here and this all started with HE, so I'm open to a HE article or a PLO article since I'd like to become proficient in HE once more.

i.e. Flop Aggression. Let's say it's 1.5. What does that mean in terms of telling me something about villian? What would 1 mean? 2?

I'm sure there is a nice website/article that clearly explains at least the basic foundation stats and how to use them. I'm also open to advanced stuff.

Thank you.

Forgot the exact math and would appreciate if someone could update us.

The HM2 support forums have lots of good threads and there is an active mod who quickly responds.

AF lower than 1.5 would be passive, 1.5 to 3.5 average, and beyond aggro.

The thread of Mancuso tells everything, it's incredibly important to really deeply understand the math behind it and especially being able to interpret the AF (if used) in relation to other stats like VPIP and PFR (and possibly others like WTSD, W$SD etc.).

WTSD is the ratio a player goes to showdown, once he saw a flop. High WTSD points to passive player (calling too much and/or betting too little), low WTSD is either nitty (folding too much) or aggressive player (betting and raising often).

For the ambiguity it's important to take W$SD (how often a player won, when he saw a SD) into account as well:

high WTSD + low W$SD ==> calling station
high WTSD + high W$SD ==> passive player (probably nitty preflop)
low WTSD + low W$SD ==> aggressive, bluffy player
low WTSD + high W$SD ==> nitty player

Medium ranges are 25 - 30 for WTSD and 45 - 50 for W$SD.

Hey Milosz,
this might be a continuation of BigFiszh´s nice post.....
there is an interesting essential video by James Hudson on this site called Stats: Making better use of your HUD.
Hope the link works: http://www.runitonce.com/poker-training/videos/irunlucky9/
Definitely worth checking out.
