How we should construct our calling/4b range OOP ?

80% of people these days play 3b or fold.
So when we 4bet 80% AA / KK / AKs our range is much weaker than our opponent.
Should we call our premium hands?
i am talking vs good aggresive players ( cause vs players WWSF 40% its easy to play ) .
