I expect an unknown 10NL villain to have very few bluffs in this line, even in the most adventurous of lines, bluffs like 65s would be there by the river. More importantly, you're the preflop agg. - so I'd expect a check-raising range vs. your 3bet on an A-x-x board to be almost entirely two pair or better - in my opinion he will not have anywhere close to 'enough' bluffs. At worst he's making polarization errors and check raising hands like AJ-AQ, but not often enough for you to have 33% equity to call off his shove on the river.

I can't imagine many villains to coldcall 44 or 33 here pre therefor it's very hard for them to have you beat imo you are chopping a high % of the time vs AK
I agree with that. Plus perfect Ac which blocks all A3s A4s. I would call it down and expect to chop a lot and see some random spews.
If he is bad enough to check/raise 2pr+ on a board where you should be range betting weak stuff often, then he is probably going to be bad enough to raise/barrel off with AQ, AJ (yes, it's 2pr on turn) and maybe even A10. Against a range containing all monsters, zero bluffs and some "thin" value bets by AQ, you are @ 31%. Getting 3:1, think this has to be a call. If he ever has AK here, its even better for you due to the split equity.
