How to play AKs vs REG?

Opponent was 16/11/3% 3bet reg or so...
I could size up on the Flop but I don't really want to give off betsizing tells vs Reg so since 10cents is my normal size on this board I go for it.
Turn I can bet but what does that accomplish? He isn't continuing with any worse flushdraws actually a 16/11 shouldn't have ANY flushdraws on this board...
So yeah maybe he can have AJs or ATs or TT or maybe maybe KJs or maybe he did a loose peel on the flop with a KQs... in any case I should probably check back turn and go for a thin valuebet if he checks river to me.
So we hit on the river and he bets pretty quickly a low amount.. I had him on KJs maybe a Q I dunno of course I thought TT was possible but I thought at least he would sometimes raise it on the flop so he maybe only gets there with 1,5combos and QQ... I don't know about QQ.. I think giving him 0.5 combos of QQ is fair. Some 3bet it pre but not all and some will raise the flop.
Vs a reg river raise is thin I thought ingame what he should call me with but only really TT and QQ beat me and if he should somehow make a loose call pre with KJs he is in a tough spot so I dunno........it's probably fine raise OTR?
I sized down because I wanted to get those calls by KJ and KQ if he is capable of folding those or maybe he isn't defending KJs pre.. well raising river can't be that bad in any case it's just a losing play in the longrun vs those nitty regs (like me) I guess.
