200BB eff. I have direction position on V who is a reg. V opens wide and flats my 3bs OOP very wide - all PPs and ALL SCs. He can be there with 54s easily. V is capable of folding postflop but can also get sticky with PPs.

How can I exploit the fact that he is flatting too wide and OOP? How should I construct my 3b range and postflop strategy? Obviously I should not 3b light but it's hard to be light when he flats with 54s, right? :)
