How to do proper warm-up?

I always thought I was doing this correctly. I read my short, mid and long term goals to myself, I revisit my technical and mental game leaks, I take some minutes of deep breath/meditation and I do so push-ups to increase blood flow. But I've noticed a pattern in my sessions -> the first 1k-2k hands I lose, and then the green line starts going up. That must have something to do with my mind state in the beggining of the session. What can I do to improve that? What do you guys do?
