How to display current hand betting action on the table, just like a HUD (check, raise, call etc...)

I recently saw a video of Javier Caballo where on the table (in Yellow) there's a display such as C|XCF, which displays the current table betting action for each player. Is it a special program?
I'm on PokrStars using HM2,
