how to construct cbet range on thins board?

i am not sure how to construct the cbet range on pair board
in this case, I have KJ at UTG and villain is in CO
i have two overcard and bd sd and fd, so i cbet
- if the board is 3h3c4d, cbet is good? we assume the villain fold cbet ip is 45~50%
2.if our hand is AJ AQ on 9hTcTs, no bd flushdraw, x/f is OK?
