How to adjust my play when 200+bb
6-max: Should I be 3-betting with a tighter range and flatting more in position?
HU: I feel that once I'm above doubled from my opponent, they become 4-bet shove happy.
Also, when you're winning how long do you play with a that opponent before you call it quits?

OOP we sould be tighter
and we should also flat more hands to the 2nde nut flush like Kxs and suited connectors
overall it really depends on how opponent is play that said i like to 3B more in position on deep stacks as long as they aren't 4B crazy
i keep playing as long as i think i have an edge and am feeling focused
Attacking good textures with a range that includes value and bluffs (100bb its often better to disguise your value range by calling flops + turns and letting villain barrel off, also its unlikely they ever fold much of their value range 100-150bb deep to a flop raise and turn riv barrel as they'll usually just rip it in over your raise) but when 200+ effective raising flop and barreling turn + riv becomes much much more powerful with bluffs and will often get a fold by the river.
Oop with KK on 79J facing a flop raise and turn+ riv shuv is going to be tough proposition for most thinking opponents to call down. to balance this i will take the same approach with my strong value range and nutted hands. Often opponents adjust to this strong aggression by chkcalling too much oop, this is great b/c i don't have to deal with as many of their bluffs and can play in position against a range weighted towards value. Obviously its very dependent on the opponent and dynamics that are currently in the game.
As far as adjustments 3Bing a wider value range in position is definitely one adjustment and tightening up my oop offsuit 3B ranges often flatting hands like AQo and even AKo versus very good aggressive opponents who can apply maximum pressure on tough board runouts.
I also open up my high card suited 3B range to include a lot of AXs and KXs b/c the value of having hands that dominate the often suited defending ranges that occur when playing deep (you see people defend as weak as 53s 250bb deep which is imo a pretty bad proposition). Also people attack toned flops a bunch when deep, which is ideal if we have the had they are repping more often, theres so much to deep play i could go on allday but its already tl, dr :)
