Question is in the title. So a lot of hands are a mix in equillibrium, but pretty indifferent between both actions when it comes to it's EV (in equilibrium). But why is it better than playing a pure strategy? Where does the EV come from? I assume it is higher EV than a pure strategy, because otherwise pio would have chosen a pure strategy.
