HH is incorrect. Blinds were 20/40. I raised to 80 on the button, not 60, then he called the 40 more.

He kept doing this thing where he would min bet every street with marginal hands to get to showdown and I felt like I should be trying to get value with top pair and second nut flush draw, so I raised, as I didn't want to get to the river with a small pot.
Final Pot
Whats_Fold
wins $440
I feel like every time I play hands passively on one street and then try to go for value once I make my hand, my opponents always fold. I think it's because my sudden aggression makes it look like I'm doing exactley what I really am doing, going for value. So how can I get value after making my hand, without scaring my opponents out of the pot? Would a smaller raise have worked better here? Or is my raise fine and he just happened to air in this hand? Feedback would be much appreciated.
