How best to play AA on the turn
BN: $10
SB: $15.05 (Hero)
BB: $8.01
HJ: $18.91
CO: $10.72
SB: $15.05 (Hero)
BB: $8.01
HJ: $18.91
CO: $10.72
HJ is running 28/18 over 208 hands with an 83% fold to 3b. The BB is 62/3 over 40 hands.
Preflop

HJ raises to $0.30, CO folds, BN folds, Hero raises to $1, BB calls $0.90, HJ calls $0.70

How is my sizing here? Is this a standard 3b size out of position? When HJ flats I'm putting him on high cards like AJ-AQ and then pairs as he is getting pretty good odds given the fish calls. I guess we could also include some suited connectors, but given that he has folded 83% of the time to 3b so far I think his range is more strong hand heavy.

Hero bets $1.91,
BB folds,
HJ calls $1.91
On this flop I think only his pairs can continue (I'm discounting the fish here) so I bet an amount that allows me to get three streets versus TT+ and some value vs 33-88 and flush draws (mainly high card ones like AhQh). The only hands I'm worried about here are 22 and maybe T9s.

Hero checks,
HJ bets $3.50,
Hero raises to $12.14, and is all in,
HJ calls $8.64
Now I'm unsure how best to proceed. If I bet again I am telegraphing that I have an overpair or maybe AhKh (or similar), so I wanted to go for a check/jam to get value from those pairs in his range that just don't believe my line, like 77,88,TT+. Is this correct thinking or should I just bet the turn for value again? If he raises the turn, there are very few hands that I'm behind (9x,22,44) that I think I can get it in, so I guess this is why I wanted to go with the check/shove route too.

Does my line get the most value from his range or am I only getting snapped off here by very strong hands meaning I should just bet the turn and bet the river?
