I'd c/r OTF (a lot of cards OTT can paralized action). At NL5, I think EV(fast play) > EV (slow play).

Given BTN stack size I agree to XR and GII OTF.
If BTN had standart stack size, I would just x/call down on almost any runout (except 4-flush).

Buy in for 100BBs.
Raise the flop. If not definitely raise the turn.
Your stack size its a mandatory flop raise gii as fast as possible. At these stakes with 100bb I also wouldn't worry about slowplaying this board either. Just get all in the money in as fast as possible.
