I believe the preflop call is correct, as being in the BB with 9-9 allows for strong connections on the flop, and since we've already posted a blind, calling is justified. The call on the flop is 50/50; we have a middle pair and a backdoor flush draw, which gives us some equity to continue, but it heavily depends on the tendencies of the opponent. On the turn, I would recommend folding due to the large bet size and the fact that no diamond or other potential draw appeared. Calling an 80% pot bet with a middle pair seems too risky. Overall, folding on the turn avoids potential trouble on the river with a marginal hand. GG!
I agree with Odin, folding flop seems okay since flop is 3-way, and certainly folding turn if you did call flop. Once you get to the river, the flush is there and villain bet flop 3-way and then continued to triple barrel and the most natural flop/turn bluffs (i.e. flush draws) complete on the river. It's unlikely anyone at your limits is bluffing here, and in fact the decision to jam with AK here is too thin even.
Here with 99 I think u thin field and RR pre to 9bb10bb 3 ways oop with 99 is v unappealing so try get heads up. Here is set mining really. Flop is wet with multiple draws so any ace we see is not good we lose to QQ-TT flush draws. 33-44 have ok% vs us and are not folding 7D4D 6D8D are not folding. Sets have us in jail 3x pocket 55 3x pocket 22 A5 and A2 suited and unsuited are big favourites. Our value target is 88-66 and KQ and KJ. Which on this board would be hard to get value from. Raise pre get a. Idea of where you are in the hand and you don’t drain chips over multiple streets and end up bluffing it off
