I was struggling to get in volume so I decided to just play 20k hands of 25NL and see what happened.

I think my most tilting leak is that I have a tendency to incorrectly call exploitatively wide, which is a polite way of saying that I am a calling station. This is a thing I can work on.

Another big one which stands out is that I don't follow through with turn cbets enough. I need to check more on the flop, especially out of position, and I probably need to barrel thinner on the turn a lot with value. This is a little difficult to work out. I feel like I'm cbetting sensible hands to cbet (stuff like T9s on Js52) but then I often don't know whether to fire again with no equity on a brick turn and since most of my bluffing range on that board was hands which had just a little bit of equity and now don't I end up not knowing how to construct my range which continues to bet.

I'd also like to loosen up in a few positions. EP I think I need to open a few more hands but I'm not sure which I should be adding to my current selection, should I be looking at 22-44, A8s, ATo, 87s, or J9s in your opinion?

MP I need to 3bet more, this is just a matter of remembering to 3bet when I have a good hand to 3bet bluff with. BTN I'd like to 3bet a bit more too and this seems much harder to work out how to balance properly and select good hands for, any advice on 3betting the BTN would be greatly appreciated! I think I'd like to 3bet more out of the BB too.

I am not pleased with how low my AGG numbers are and think the main thing missing here is check/raises and check/folds. I am very check/call heavy. I'm definitely going to try to work more of those into my game.
