Uncapped range for villain as the pre flop opener. I think my hand plays fine as a flat or 3bet

With a gutshot to the nuts and a diamond draw, I think this is an easy call. although villain bets big, i think it is the kind of flop he could be betting very frequently. I don't think i need a raising range here in position

When villain checks, i stab thinking he will give up plenty of times and i still have a good chance to make the best hand
Final Pot
MP wins $1.68

When villain check raises turn i am very lost as to what to do. I hate folding, because i likely have a huge amount of equity that i give up. Should i have just checked back?
I dont feel i have any fold equity and so am likely just getting it in bad if i jam over the raise.
Villain can certainly have AA, TT, AT, maybe 33 and 22, KXd hands. Some of my outs aren't clean because they can make villain a house or the nut flush, so i dont feel calling is +EV either
