Me 24/20/af2.5 2.5 k hands
I was thinking why won't he VB turn with AQ/33/TT/QT?
Would he turn AA/KK/JJ/AJdd/KTdd/KJdd/J9dd into a bluff on river?
I found this one really tough because I slow rolled on flop and turn.
Thoughts?

I dont like the call preflop. I would fold or squeeze. Against an mp open its a fold for me.
People likes to be tricky in smallstakes when they have the nuts.
I dont think that 99% of the playerpool turn AA.. otr into a bluff especially against your potsize bet (i dont like your riverbet :) ). You have nearly no bluffs in your range.
Sure you got trips but you are almost always beat.
I think you have a couple of better hands to call. Something like QTs, 33, TT, AQ. Therefore i think you can "easily" fold.
Another interesting thing to notice is his AF is pretty low. His VPIP and PFR are pretty wide from each other and 3-bet is relatively low, meaning I do not think he is the type of player that would do this as a bluff or value-bet worse.
I would eliminate AA, KK, JJ from the equation. Basically not smart to turn those hands into "bluffs".
Your big bet on the river also leads me to believe his range is nutty almost always.
He certainly had me fooled checking/back on that turn card but then again the key point is his passive nature like you guys mentioned. This would be a call though against some villains with reads.
