I would have his 3 betting range as TT+, pretty much all Axs, a few suited and unsuited broadways

River is a difficult spot, villain slight overbets pot. Initial thought is he is trying to steal a split pot.
However, he has uncapped range that can include TT+, Q and T Broadways. The only hand i am beating is KJ. Essentially i am hoping to catch a split pot.
Reviewing it post-game, to break even on a split pot, i need like 67% equity. On equilab my exact hand has 40% equity against my estimate of villain's range.
I think therefore fold is correct here? Doesn't feel good to fold what feels like an attempt to steal the split pot, but i think given his uncapped range i assessed it correctly?
