Good spot to bluff after check?...do you do it?

1/2 live game in cherokee. This game is played on the electronic pokerpro machines. We are the most active player at the table, but haven't shown any bluffs or done anything out of line. The overall player base in cherokee is tight. They don't like big pots, but they dont like folding one pair hands no matter the board texture. The following hand occured with a villain who is touristy, but we only have a 15 minute sample on him. Few reads

I start the hand with 600+ and villain has about 430ish. We raise with KJ on button to 7. Villain reraises to 15 in the blind. Normally in these games people are only raising in the blind with a few hands. QQ+. I flat.

The board comes k 10 5 with two clubs. He bets 30. I call thinking I am behind, but with the intent of bluffing if checked to me and the right cards appear on turn and river. the turn is a 10. It's checked to me. I bet 55. He calls. The pot is 215ish at the river. The river brings an off suit 6. He checks again. Do you continue the bluff since the board paired and opponent checked twice? If so how much? Do you check back because you cannot represent a flush with the offsuit 6 on river? If you decide to check here because the innocuous 6, what cards are you bluffing, if you are bluffing at all?
