Go with cooler or avoid it?
On a 10NL let's say you open with AK (suited or non suited) for 30c outside blind position and a standard tight person raises to $90 in the blinds. Should you re raise and hope to get it all in pre-flop or just call and see the flop?
Or let's say you decide to 3 bet to $2.20 and the villain raises to $5. Should you just shove and hope not to get coolered vs AA KK or simply call and see the flop and re-evaluate from there?
Something I tend to be doing often is simply calling a raise when I open with AK and generally folding on a low flop with no flush draws.
Is this +EV or should I be 3-betting to take the pot down there.
Keeping in mind that at this stake most people I encounter regulars or recreational are always raising an open pre-flop with AK AA KK QQ JJ.
Thanks,
Pyro.
