everybody left table so we was HU for a while, he some weak rec or reg, no sample , he folded a lot pre HU, and not 3bet at all, and let me win any pot basically i guess

should i 3b F? should i call? what sizing to 3b if so?
one thing is , that from his bad weak preflop play, i wouldnt expect too wide GII OTF, so like nope some A2ss or so.. so he could have some TJ, 56, 98 97, 78, T6s and maybe some combo draw like A9ss or QTss 64ss ATs etc..
should i even call vs his shove when he so passive?

also i need to note that i can have much better hands to GII like TJo,56o, T6s (i think even T6o since i open almost ATC HU especially when he folds so much his BB), 99,88,77,98, and combo draws like A9ss or QTss 64ss ATs and hell lot other combodraws, and then maybe i get to 2Pairs i guess? or combodraws worse than 2Pairs vs GII range? i think combodraws better, whatcha y'all think bruhs?:O
