You have to play tighter the higher the rake is, this is a fact supported by theory. In practice, how much is up to you. The minimal adjustment would be something like: the bottom of your preflop range in a normal 4.5% rake game (the 0 ev mixed raise/fold) will need to be folded in a 5% rake game. Same goes for your calling range, must be tighter.

Exploitatively you can make your preflop sizing very big and tight and start pure 3betting all the mixed 3bet/call hands preflop to take down more pots preflop. Same goes for postflop, mixed check/bet hands leaning towards betting to take it down more.

Actually doesn't preflop rake reduce the incentive to take the flop down pre vs a game that doesn't rake preflop? It tightens you up though so hard to make a direct comparison.
