I just cant fold vs this guy. Even with small sample, he has played 32 out of 40 hands. He can just be one of those passive guys that never 3b/squeeze. vs. TPTK+ we have like 36%. It's not out of the real of possibility that he has KK/QQ here, KJ or worse.

This is somewhat random line from his side and could be anything from 2 pairs to straight draw. I guess you can ask equilab how is your odds are doing but I would say it can have 2 scenarios:
1)pessimistic (well you pretty much doing mediocre, since most of his range is 2 pairs/sets. However he will have some QQ as he doesnt know what to do PRE, so even here you are close to call)
2)optimistic (not he start to have TPTK and straight draws and obviosuly you have snap call)

I would lean towards optimistic scenario (like 60-40 or 70-30)

Not sure if im at the same boat here. Villain seems to play ATC superpassive.
So he might have everything on this board but hates raising.
Meanwhile we need about 43% equity on a call.

I think you call it off, Only hand I could think he has that beats is you J9. Given he is in the BB he got a good price to call with that hand.

I tend to find that big jams like this on the flop are semi bluffs, could have a JT with a backdoor flush or QQ, KK maybe even AK. Doesn't seem like a player who knows how to navigate flops and that makes me feel like he has QQ or KK and wants to take it down.

I think you call and if he has J9 its unfortunate but sometimes that's how poker is.
