What is the general consensus among winning players on staying at online cash tables after you've doubled or tripled up? Is it really just a case by case scenario depending upon who else is at the tables, what kind of player they are, and what their stack sizes are, etc? Or is there some mathematical or theoretical reason either to or not to play once your stack gets to a certain depth?
