Game Theory: Defending vs C/Bets

Hey guys,

Not sure if this is the best place to be posting this type of question so feel free to move it if need be.

Obviously, this depends a lot on player tendencies (how much they are c-betting, barrelling frequencies, etc), board texture, bet size. But lets say, hypothetically, they are c-betting a decent amount, say 70% and 2/3 pot (so threshold defend is >60%), what type of defending range do people play back with. Most importantly, what type of check-raising frequency and why?

My stats tend to converge on something like 30% Fold, 40% Call, 30% C/Raise but have seen more and more players not check-raising a ton of flops. Can somebody please give me some insight? Obviously, it protects your check-calling range against barrels but would like to listen to other peoples reasoning on why they construct their flop ranges certain ways.

Thanks
