Villain is 23/15 with 13 hands, assuming he has a deep stack i considered him as a regular nl2 player
Preflop
($0.03)
Hero is BN with

Ac3d is the bottom of my range on BTN, i usually bet 2.5 BB as i could face 3-Bet more often than in other position

Flop is quite magnificient ! As the pot was small i wanted to get it bigger from the start. My thoughts was to 1/2 flop, and barrel with a size depending to the texture of the board at turn and river.
Is this a correct way to get a maximum of value assuming we have nuts 99 times over 100
SB raises 2x my CB, with this flop his raising range could consist of every PP from 77 to AA, every non gap combos such as 23ss until KQss
I should have just call instead of 3-Betting here to extract value from these weaker hands ?

Hi ! I just began to start playing poker again and this hand made me thoughful
Is there any mistake with the sizing or checking-betting frequencies ?
In addition, is there a decent tools to learn poker with IA ? PokerSnowie looks quite outdated, i don't really know source of learning nowadays

I would recommend Gto wizard. It has training mode like pokersnowie, but the result is more accurate than snowie
Agree that Wizard is one of the most powerfool tools at the market atm. But its also pretty expensivve starting from 40bugs+/month.
However - my 2 cents on your hand:
- Its always tough to define SB flatting ranges and so Villain will be able to wake up here with 3x-combos
- We block 3x-combos heavilly
- Players at 2NL are heavilly underbluffing
- Beeing IP we will be able to maneuver the size of the pot better (make it grow) OTT/OTR
- Villain could find a fold with a FD actually OTF
So i would say that the cons outweigh the pros on 3betting the flop a bit and so I would usually go for a call due to the strong blocking effect of our hand: its really tough for villain to have a hand here that can go AI and pay you off
Looks fine to me against bad players. Standard line is to call the XR and then put the money in on turn and river.
