Frozen on every street in nutsy hand
Here is the handhistory. It's extremely hard to not to be result oriented: http://www.pokerhand.org/?6513138
1) Ok, I would have probably won stack every time in here if 3bet pf getting it in since opponent was very solid regular with pretty high 4bet 12,5%. Getting it in pf is probably just standard here.
2) Decided to just flat this time because I didn't have very active imago and would have not fistbumbed to go ai pf anyways. Also, BB was 50/25/17 with squeeze 33,3% (only 89 hands tho). So I think my pf play was not horrible and hand is not super difficult to play postflop. At least I thought so! People can argue is it too tricky or not.
3) The flop was VERY good to my hand. Board was little bit drawy but not too wet at all. Here I began to froze bc I would have liked to win max ofc and fishy player was behind still on the hand so I kinda passed idea to donkbet pretty fast. I also didn't want to scare weaker player out on the flop with c/r which looks strong (a lot QJ or 22 to me). My plan was to c/r CO with almost any turn card from 70 (I would have supposed this might be what he's going to bet usually) to 185 etc. Also, on flop I would have probably done c/r if CO bets weirdly small.
4) Maybe the only bad card came (beside quads in some way) and he bet pretty big and I was automatically scared of AK or 98. It's pretty possible he have those and on the other hand missed my spot to get automatic value from AQ or even AA since I guess he can let it go since I feel it's kinda hard to represent semibluff/bluff since most hands like to call in standard game. If opponent makes it potsize or overbets river I guess I could fold. Even after watching the hh, I would have not liked to raise here against his range.
5) Again, awful card on the river and was crying even louder. I was kinda surprised and happy to take it down without more action.
What do you think about the hand? Almost every other more aggressive line would have won a big pot but I still think I played it ok pf in these circumtances. Do you think either donking or c/r flop is remarkable better option compared to my slowplay? Most cases I would have at least squeezed little bit more value against his stronger range which I kinda expected since he bet turn pretty big. It didn't need much but I think I made something horrible wrong here :/
