Your hand wants to bet the flop, because it needs protection and has pretty good value.
As played it's hard to find a fold againts that sizing, there's a chance villain is valuebetting worse.
what is he value betting with worse when he calls my 3.5x 3 bet. could have like ak as a bluffing hand but easily could have qq kk aa maybe that he didnt 4 bet and decided to slow play
I wouldn't discount ATs completely, although I wouldn't count on it either.
99 and 10 are also in his range and make sense
I find that when you go for a check-call line in 3b pots people often go crazy with bluffs since population way overfolds turns and rivers. So I'd put in a healthy number of bluffs in his range as well as worse vbets since our hand is very underrreped.
Bet flop. As played, def call cheap river.
Agreed with most comments here.
Bet the flop due to JJ vulnerability.
Call this cheap river.
how would you react to a reraise on my flop bet
You won't find many raises on the flop since it's really dry. There is no reason to raiseCB with sets here. A good reg won't do this unless he has good reasons/reads to do so.
agree with comments above i think on this run out with JJ bet 3 streets yourself
also no offence to people who play 2nl but your playing 2nl players on that stake can do some unbelievable random things i dont see a fold in this spot tbh
Totally agree - along with all other comments pointing into the same direction.
@OP: Keep one thing in mind (this will immediately make you a way better player): you are getting odds of almost 3:1, this means, from four times you call, you got to win ONE, or in other words, you need 25% equity to make the call. No problem, when Villain more often has QQ than AT (or anything similar), as long as you win at least 1/4 (slightly more in this case), you're good. And nobody can tell me that you will win less than 25% in this case, especially after having taken the passive route on the flop. :)
Obviously it feels bad when we call and get tabled QQ and say to ourselves "damn, I am an idiot, I knew it before", but know what? Yes, we knew we will lose more often than not - but that's not relevant, as you can see above. Feelings are a very bad instructor in poker (at least for most of us).

We can definitely cap range him here.
He's going to 4-bet: TT+, AK.
He's going to call: AT-AQ, 98s+, 44-99 and maybe A2-A5s,
At this stake, he's more than likely leading out because of your check OTF as PF3bettor. You offer no protection to your overpair and spots a weakness. You get perfect odds to call on the river, the fold can't be justified at all any way you're looking at it with a cap range from the beginning. If you run into a set or an overpair to your JJ, unlucky. But because you offered zero protection to your own cards and painted yourself a vulnerable target, how can one know what they're playing in their hand?
If you lead OTF with a cbet, and saw a raise. You could potentially put him on a set/bluff.
I'm not the greatest at hand analysis when it comes to cash games, I'm currently learning cash games and moving from MTTs. Hope that helps above.
i think your 4B analysis is a bit off theres no reason to believe he will 4B 1010 JJ he can very easily call them hands
also i think there will be more SC people will call with and as ive said about i wouldnt be surprised if you see some K4s J2s randoms hands at 2nl
