1 guys allin for 50bb~ , other is left to act 100bb effective... wat my options?:

call
raise

wat is best? not worried about short, but 100bb guy could have mostly 22 3c, A2s 2c, A8s 1c, 88 1c.. dats it.. i guess call and raise is same, since i cant just call and then fold to his raise.. if someone has valid reason to do so , tell me..
