flush on flop facing raise on turn

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (4 Players) CO: $5.16 (Hero)
BN: $5.13
SB: $5.00
BB: $5.00
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is CO with 7 T
Hero raises to $0.12, 2 folds, BB calls $0.07
Flop ($0.26) 6 2 9
BB checks, Hero bets $0.15, BB raises to $0.43, Hero calls $0.28
Turn ($1.12) 6 2 9 K
BB checks, Hero bets $0.55, BB raises to $1.67

villain is 21/11 over 19 hands / 3 bet once in 19 hands / 1.0 agg factor

when villain is x/r flop i feel like is range is set, FD or flushes

when villain x/r turn can i ever really call? i still think that he can do that with FD and that its a cooler if i face bigger flush ... am i right?

i decided to shove cause i felt like i could still have equity against hand like Kx with Kc
