Flopped straight vs river raise

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $13.16
SB: $10.05
BB: $17.19
UTG: $12.39
MP: $10.64 (Hero)
CO: $21.99
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is MP with 5 7
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.30, CO calls $0.30, 2 folds, BB calls $0.20
Flop ($0.95) 9 8 6
BB checks, Hero bets $0.70, CO calls $0.70, BB calls $0.70
Turn ($3.05) 9 8 6 2
BB checks, Hero bets $1.90, CO calls $1.90, BB folds
River ($6.85) 9 8 6 2 K
Hero bets $3.30, CO raises to $19.09 and is all in

Table is looking pretty tight. Flop is probably an easy valuebet and turn is way closer, i think. I decided to bet because i thoght sets would call annother street. River is weird. Is this a betfold or check call or check fold? I tend to say checkfold because i think sets/2pairs rarely bluff this river and the only real hands that might want to bluff are As9x and As8x which i dont even think he has in his range or would necessarely bluff, so i think checkfold?
