Flopped set on wet board
Just a single hand from a NL10 6max game I played before. I'm a little stuck on whether or not I took the right approach with waiting until the turn to build the pot instead of doing so on the flop.
SB: 104.4 BB (VPIP: 20.79, PFR: 15.19, 3Bet Preflop: 5.74, Hands: 1,166)
BB: 82.8 BB (VPIP: 62.50, PFR: 6.25, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 16)
UTG: 141.7 BB (VPIP: 23.33, PFR: 10.48, 3Bet Preflop: 1.37, Hands: 217)
Hero (CO): 102.2 BB
BTN: 63 BB (VPIP: 58.90, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 73)
SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB
Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has 3c 3h
fold, Hero raises to 3 BB, BTN calls 3 BB, SB calls 2.5 BB, BB calls 2 BB
Two pretty big fish, one in the BB whom I target with this raise.
Flop : (12 BB, 4 players) Tc 3s Jd
SB checks, BB bets 6 BB, Hero calls 6 BB, BTN calls 6 BB, SB calls 6 BB
I'm thinking I should have potentially raised the bet here instead of flatting? My thought process at the time was regarding the lack of potential flushes on the turn, though I didn't really consider the possibility of straight and gutshots surrounding the T&J.
Turn : (36 BB, 4 players) 7s
SB checks, BB bets 18 BB, Hero raises to 45 BB, BTN raises to 54 BB, fold, fold, Hero calls 9 BB
With the addition of a 7 to the board and a second spade, I figured a raise here was the right play to deny a decent price on any draws and for value against hands such as JT and AJ, some of which will probably call, especially given then types of players in the hand.
River : (162 BB, 2 players) 7h
Hero shows 3c 3h (Full House, Threes full of Sevens)
(Pre 47%, Flop 73%, Turn 23%)
BTN shows 9s 8s (Straight, Jack High)
(Pre 53%, Flop 27%, Turn 77%)
Hero wins 148.5 BB
So, overall, I feel like my raise should have been done on the flop to deny value for anyone chasing their draws with hands such as 89ss. Any insight?

Definitely would have raised flop. I don't think there's much to gain by slow playing 4 ways. Just raise while you have the effective nuts. No reason to let people see a cheap turn/river to try to draw out on you (and then ship them your stack when you do).
Yep. This is what I thought as soon as the hand was over. Thank you, I know for next time!
For sure raise flop. There are so many danger cards for you it's not even funny. Seeing a 7, 8, 9, Q, K, A can both kill action or make a hand for one of them. Plus there are a bunch of made hands that likely wont fold. Raise to like 22bb after BB bets and take it from there.
Especially with the presence of the two fishes, the strategy you should adopt is bet big when you hit, and fold when you don't.
In this case the board isn't wet (rainbow flop) and you should be more inclined to raise to start building the pot.
