Flopped Nuts in 3b Pot, play slow or fast?

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (9 Players) BN: $2.78
SB: $1.98
BB: $1.93
UTG: $5.75
UTG+1: $2.82
MP: $2.00 (Hero)
MP+1: $3.16
MP+2: $1.47
CO: $1.31
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is MP with Q A
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.06, 3 folds, BN calls $0.06, SB folds, BB raises to $0.12, Hero calls $0.06, BN calls $0.06
Flop ($0.37) J T K
BB bets $0.18, Hero calls $0.18, BN folds

I was planning to call flop and shove every non paired turn because it's likely he will keep betting.
We are only worried that the board pairs if he has a set on the flop already so then he has 7 outs so in around 85% he will outdraw.
But what I didn't think about is that a 9 Q and A will kill the action which adds another 10 cards.

So there is an about 34% chance the turn will either pair or bring an action killing card.
Does that mean that I have to raise AQ on the flop then?

Also which bluffs can I raise on this flop?
I certainly have to fold 99-66 so for bluffraising I can maybe choose a hand like weak pair+gutshot like AT or AJ or I can use KQ for that although KQ has that much showdownvalue that I don't really like turning it into a bluff.

How do you approach this spot with the hand AQ and your whole range?
