it's a pretty easy call. your only afraid of 9T. im calling here 100%, unless i have read that Villains C/R range on river is 100% nuts. Then i'll probably consider a explitative fold
Why didn't you raise the flop? You guys are very deep and he's likely going to call here pretty often.

I'd call the river. QJ and KQ likely don't play this way, so you only lose to 97.

Not at all. You should always be value betting this spot happily. I expect you to get check raised extremely rarely on the river here.
It's going to be really hard to get stacks in by the river facing 1/2 pot-sized bets. I would raise before the river (probably the flop).
