Flop the nuts, fold the river?? | Z5

Blinds: $0.02/$0.05 (6 Players) BN: $4.93
SB: $5.19
BB: $17.24 (Hero)
UTG: $3.29
MP: $7.32
CO: $5.00
Preflop ($0.07) Hero is BB with Q T
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.15, CO calls $0.15, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.10
MP is 24/16 over 298 hands. CO is 36/19 over 189 hands.
Flop ($0.47) J K A
Hero checks, MP bets $0.18, CO calls $0.18, Hero raises to $0.42, MP calls $0.24, CO calls $0.24
When the CO just calls both the raise and my re-raise I figured he wouldn't have stuff like JJ or AJo, KJo since he would probably want to "protect" his hand against all sort of bad turns the might come.
In my mind MP has something like AQs and CO has some sort of draw.
Turn ($1.73) J K A 5
Hero checks, MP checks, CO checks
Not sure if I should have checked it here. Probably should've protected my hand against some Kc Qc that they may have.
River ($1.73) J K A 5 J
Hero bets $1.08, MP calls $1.08, CO raises to $4.43 and is all in, Hero calls $3.35, MP folds
OTR I tried to get some value from the CO since he had QJ and JT in his range, even though we have a Q and a T blocking those hands (only 6 combos each). Im not too scared about MP since he probably either as AT or AQ.
When the CO shoves I still think he can have QJ or JT but can he really have KcQc? Maybe even a full house (KJ or AJ) that played passively ?
What would you do?
