Villain is a regular who cbets a lot from all positions. This is a common spot where I am not sure if a raise is better than calling. I don't rep much but getting villain to fold anything at all seems a good result when I have T high. Any thoughts on this spot.

Given the turn card if your plan is to represent surely you have to barrel again? It fills up a straight, and if he's just holding top pair that would be difficult for him to call down. Otherwise I'd fold pre.
3bet or fold pre.
3 bet or fold pre but since u called I like your line, don't think you should bet turn since your hand is too strong to turn into a bluff I guess.
Bluf turn + river most runouts. You block TT and JT which is beneficial. Don't overestimate your SDV after raising flop. Flopraise is effective, would make it somewhat smaller though.
Preflop is perfectly fine, as long blinds are unagressive 3betters and/or bad, which they at 5nl most likely are.
1) 3bet or fold pre I agree with. If CO, SB or BB are whales I don't mind to enter the pot if we can be sure we won't get 3bet a lot of the time and have an edge post flop. ( but again, this inclines 3betting as we have position + skill advantage)
2) nice x/r, happy to not see a call with a gutter+backdoor FD AND backdoor straight outs.
3) the turn card is good for you and you should barrel. Don't try to get to SD with a second pair, as what did villain call flop with? a TP or better. so you're still behind, but can give a lot of pressure.
I'm barreling: any 6,5,9,T,8, diamond with a sizing that sets up a 3/4pot river jam ( but I only jam when I hit, don't think it's neccessary to fire a 3barrel on 5NL, think it's clear he has TP or better).
He only raised 2.4x, this makes flatting way more interesting than "normally" vs 3x, even if SB and BB are somewhat agressive. T8s seems one of the better ones to add to a flatting range vs a smaller opensize. Just 3bet T7s instead, no big deal right?
Picture yourself in villains shoes in this spot OTF. With a 25-30% RF. Cbetting often, so he has tons of air. How are you going to prevent getting exploited vs raises? He is not. Were he to be very sticky/agressive, just add hands like AJ and some KJ.
You cant let him realise his EQ too easily with his blufs when he is cbetting overly often. Punish him by floating and raising him liberally. Make him adjust his cbetting strategy or, when he doesn't, keep exploiting him. Remember that he is opening himself up for exploitation because of a mistake in his strategy and your raise is an exploitative adjustment to that suboptimal strategy..
