Flop play with big draw 3-way

BN: $63.52
SB: $51.96
BB: $51.75 (Hero)
UTG: $118.30
HJ: $103.39
CO: $87.99
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A T
UTG folds, HJ raises to $1.75, CO calls $1.75, BN folds, SB folds, Hero calls $1.25
Only ~100 hands on each of these players, both look reg'ish so far.
Flop ($5.50) 9 K Q (3 Players)
Hero checks, HJ checks, CO bets $3.99, Hero raises to $11.25, HJ folds, CO calls $7.26
It seems like I can lead, x/c, or x/r flop with this hand, just wondering what you guys think is best.

I can x/r JT combo draws and some JJ TT
x/c KQ 99 weaker Ahxh and marginal pair+gutter type hands

Or I could just lead all of those hands plus AJ AT bluffs.
Turn ($28.00) 9 K Q 4 (2 Players)
Hero bets $11.75, CO calls $11.75
Stacks suck for turn and river bet here, makes me sort of hate my flop choice. This is around geometric. If I get jammed on I have a slightly +EV call but it's not super exciting, I have ~25% equity against his value and am probably blocking all of the hands he'd bluff jam pretty hard.
River ($51.50) 9 K Q 4 K (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $63.24, and is all in, Hero folds
Seems like one of the worst river cards for me since my value is predominantly JT. If I had JT here I'd probably x/f a lot of the time too, just seems like a really really bad river for my range and it might not be amazing for his perceived range but against his range after considering my blockers it's really really good.
Final Pot
CO wins $49.18
