Raise flop cbet of 26% is pretty big. Never folding the flop, and I don't think you'd want to b3b this hand, but I could be convinced otherwise. Turn and river seems fine.
If you have a 3.7k hand sample you should have a pretty good idea of what he's been raising the flop with, and how he plays turns/rivers. In all honesty, if you don't know this info, you should be taking better notes.
