i was oop and had a flush draw (q High) and a straigh gutshot

He bet ip, i raise and he 3bet
Based in his stats, he had sets or a better flush Draw. It was a mwp, so im confident with my read

I'm not sure how to play my hand oop against this specific range....

I had 0 fold equity, reverse pot odds and no position

Any advice is welcome
