I thought about Jamming this flop mainly because I block AQ,KQ type hands, but I feel like if i jam here im Chopping or only getting called by better.

Should I be betting that Turn? I feel like when i do im not representing much of my range in this spot. i rarely have a Q in that spot.
I find myself in these semi deep to Deep 3B pots where i feel like i half to constantly apply pressure to make the villain fold - which in turn causes me to over-bluff and over value some of my hands.
How should i be approaching situations like this?
Any ideas? Tips? Thoughts?
As always any insight and criticism is much appreciated. Just looking to improve my game.
