Fancy Play Syndrome NL10

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) UTG: $10.42
MP: $8.24
CO: $12.18
BN: $10.10 (Hero)
SB: $13.19
BB: $14.54
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BN with 9 J
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.23, SB folds, BB calls $0.13
Flop ($0.51) 8 3 4
BB checks, Hero bets $0.25, BB raises to $0.84, Hero calls $0.59
Villain were quite agressive with over 12% raise flop after 1k hands, high 3 bet high agression etc. I think my hand work nice as a cbet and check back. When he raised me wasn't sure if have to defend this hand but villain representing only sets and i have 2 backdoors 9 is out most of the time vs this opponent.
Turn ($2.19) 8 3 4 T
BB bets $0.85, Hero calls $0.85
On the turn he prob doesn't have set becouse wouldn't he want go for stack vs my overpairs? Raising turn?
River ($3.89) 8 3 4 T A
BB bets $1.35, Hero raises to $2.70
On the river he shouldn't have many Ax and i was thinking that he from flop representing nothing especially with this small size on the turn so I thought he has nothing most of the time and trying small bet to fold whatever when he doesn't have showdown value. When i can have all 2 pairs especially on Ax so wanted to wanted to check if hes bluffing with the lowest prize so i min raise river. Hard to put me on the bluff, i was concidering shoving but if i want to fold hand worser than 1 pair hand why would i risk so much if he will fold to min raise if he has nothing?

Not saying that 12%raise is so aggressive, maybe at nl10 there's not much raising. Ott he can v bet w/ small siz A8, K8s. I think if he is raising on the flop some T9s, JTs, he should bet little bigger those on the turn.
Feel your idea to get fold from like 56s, 76s stuff but thats not much combos, even tho his small sizings are confusing.

I'll pick some blockers to 2 pairs for raise and will go 3x. When someone bet small(not weak player) he can expect to get some induce raises, even though we have quite decent amount of value combos raising J9 otr doesn't seems like winning strategy.
If you had some gut feeling or really felt it, I wouldn't say it is bad, but looking at hand history without dynamic and history looks like button clicking :))))

I think flop and turn ok. River you dont need to bluff here. When he reraise flop and you call with rainbow board you will have 88 33 44 TT AA sometimes 52s. You can make that move with this hand on river too. So dont go fancy here. People dont like 3 barrel bluff in microstake. If he can just let him take the pot. When you think he can 3 barrel bluff here. He can easly have 65s 76s A2s 97s so maybe just maybe river call can be nice than river raise cuz we have SD equilty with J high vs his c/r contınue range.
