Thought this hand was fairly interesting. No history with villain but he seems quite tight. I'm interested to know what you guys think of his range from turn onwards and if you think my value bet was OK.

Pretty strange, AQ maybe. Rvr will vbet vs AQ so i think its fine.
He might have floated flop with KJ or some random flush draw with a Jack and didn't believe you on river. He also may have had AQ or KQ
