Facing small 4bets from EP openers with small and mid pockets
I want to ask about a situation which I face a lot these days.
In a 6max 100bb game I 3bet 9x with a mid pocket (55-99) from button or cutoff to a 3x open and face a 4bet from the first raiser about a size of 20x. I have less info but lets assume he is not a fish.
What should I do preflop. Lets assume I call and a dry board (Q72) comes with one or two over cards. What should I do if he checks/cbets?
