Facing River pot $100 out of position with possible straight chop?

I have AJo in the CO with 260 behind, a tight player with 200 limps, loose player with 800 reg who successfully bluffs players out of pots by donking 50 limps, I raise to 15, the button who has me covered with about 500 flats 15 everyone flats
Flop pot:60, KQJhh, checked through
Turn, KQJAhh, checks to button V reg who bets 20, seems to be a fold?
River, pot:100 KQJAThhh, flush comes in and I check, V older reg bets 100?

I know that a good percentage of the time villain is doing this to get me off of a chop, but then mathematically I risk 100 to win 50 a large percentage of the time and need to win more than 2/3 of the time? maybe it's an easy call but I was close to starvation and was on a downswing
