Facing a Riverjam with TPBK in a 3bet Pot (NL 100)

UTG: 159.40
HJ: 134.80
CO: 149.75
BN: 102.55 (Hero)
SB: 102.65
BB: 49.83
Preflop (1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt T A
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, Hero raises to 2, SB raises to 6.50, UTG folds, Hero calls 5
Flop (15) 6 5 A (2 Players)
SB bets 10.50, Hero calls 10.50
Turn (36) 8 (2 Players)
SB bets 20, Hero calls 20
River (76) 5 (2 Players)
SB bets 65.65

Villain is unknown but was very active with 3betting around 15% on the first 100 hands and 4/7 3bets from the SB!

Given that I think the Flop/Turn are pretty std calls. I could have 4bet pre, but I think it is strong enough to play vs this guy...

The River gets interesting after he jams...

I think he is capable of holding a lot of valuecombos and see him pushing with this hands for shure

88,66-55,AQs+,A8s,A6s-A5s,AQo+ (26 combos) therefore he nees to bluff around 13 combos that I am able to call with ATo

What are your thoughts?

What is the weakest hand you call on the river?
