Enough evidence for a exploitative fold to V's push on turn?

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (9 Players) CO: $98.50
BN: $82.52
SB: $166.38
BB: $157.33
UTG: $100.00 (Hero)
UTG+1: $99.50
MP: $197.95
MP+1: $106.40
MP+2: $117.24
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is UTG with J J
Hero raises to $3.00, 5 folds, BN calls $3.00, 2 folds
Flop ($7.50) 4 9 T
Hero bets $5.25, BN calls $5.25
Turn ($18.00) 4 9 T 6
Hero bets $20.00, BN raises to $74.27 and is all in

So in a Pio world, not blocking the flush this is likely a call. However, given two factoids can we exploitatively fold here?

1) V's aggression frequency is quite low at 29%. VPIP/PFR is normal, however, (for 9max at least) around 18/9. Sample only 100 hands, so weighting to this factor low, but still noteworthy.
2) I can say with 100% confidence that players in this pool do not generally play close to GTO. The old adage against generally straightforward/subpar players is a turn raise to aggression from PFR is almost always nutted. I believe this is called the Baluga theorm...whatever...eyeroll ha.

Is this enough info to make the fold? Or should we just be sigh calling off? Thanks guys/gals.
