Draw strategy 4b pot

BB: $2000
UTG: $2759.84
HJ: $3492.13
CO: $3352.33
BN: $4223.53
SB: $2000 (Hero)
Villian is a nosebleed reg.
Only played with him once, briefly.
Preflop ($30.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K T
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $40, Hero raises to $160, BB folds, BN raises to $380, Hero calls $220
He 4-bet me in the exact same spot last orbit. Not folding this hand either way.
Flop ($830.00) 5 2 4 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $260, Hero raises to $820, BN raises to $3843.53, and is all in, Hero calls $800, and is all in

My raise makes no sense. I'm repping a set (likely wouldn't call those pairs pre), or an overpair for value.
But all of middling overpairs just shove pre-flop for value/protection.

So my value range is basically AA/KK that I slowplayed, but I would call those on the flop.

If he shoves, I have to fold a hand with lots of equity.
So I'm looking for suggestions on what the best line is for my range, that allows me to realise a lot of equity with this hand?

Raise-calling just seems like a lazy 'can't be that bad' option.
